Altitude Metrics begins every relationship with a thorough review of pain points, corporate initiatives, and organizational structure. If you are willing, we'll even dive into the financial statements to best understand how your managers and investors measure success.
From there we'll meet with stakeholders to build out the vision. We leverage our diagnosis to create a set of guiding policies, systems, and tools. Often this produces a set of critical asks from each department.
Finally, we'll design, develop, and deploy the architecture, code, interfaces, and visualizations. This takes the weight off of your team so they can focus on making your products better and your customers happier.
